Alhamdulillah, my son just completed his circumcision procedure at Klinik Tuah Bangi using the SmartClamp method with non-needle anesthesia. Everything went smoothly. I recently brought my son here for his circumcision and the entire experience was excellent. Environment are excellent! The procedure went smoothly, and the staff were professional and attentive throughout the process. Pricing is fair and transparent, which I really appreciated. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service, Compassionate Doctor & Truly Affordable Treatment!

I brought my mother to Klinik Tuah in Bangi yesterday for her heel pain, which she has been suffering from for years. She was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and seen by the specialist, Dr. Badrol.

Honestly, we were extremely impressed with the consultation! Dr. Badrol explained everything in great detail, examined my mother thoroughly, and patiently answered all our questions. It is quite rare to meet a doctor who takes the time to explain things so clearly and makes patients feel genuinely heard and cared for. His professionalism, patience, and dedication truly stood out.

As a daughter, I was genuinely excited and happy to see such excellent service and care being provided to my mother. But honestly, my mother herself was even more delighted and impressed! As the person who has been enduring this pain for years, she was especially happy with the doctor's detailed explanations, thorough examination, and the kindness shown throughout the consultation. Seeing my mother feel so comfortable, reassured, and well taken care of meant so much to me. ❤️

What surprised us even more was the affordability of the treatment! The consultation fee was only RM30, and the total cost, including the steroid injection, was RM300. We initially expected it to cost RM500 or more, so we were genuinely surprised and grateful for such reasonable pricing without compromising on the quality of care.

The staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived until the end of our consultation, we felt well taken care of. Excellent service from the entire team!

We sincerely hope the treatment will help relieve my mother's long-standing heel pain and improve her quality of life. After years of dealing with this discomfort, we truly hope this will be a positive step towards her recovery.

A big thank you to Dr. Badrol and the entire Klinik Tuah team for providing such wonderful service. Good doctors do not just treat patients; they also take the time to explain, reassure, and make patients feel cared for. That is exactly the experience we had here.

Keep up the excellent work and continue maintaining this wonderful attitude and standard of care! We need more doctors and healthcare teams like you. May your kindness and dedication continue to make a difference in many more patients' lives.
