A Case Of Mr Anand – Neglected Incomplete Circumcision
“Please help me, Doctor. My penis looks disfigured!”, begged Mr Anand. He looked worried and regretful with the final result after he underwent circumcision in one of the private clinics in Klang Valley. He was referred to us for circumcision surgical repair as our doctors are not only well-known for performing circumcision for all ages but also as a circumcision repair referral center.
Mr Anand explained that after the circumcision, the head of his penis was stuck inside the “skin”, meaning he failed to retract the skin to expose the head of the penis. To make things worse, he had to endure agonizing penile pain during erection.
After thorough examination, we found out the circumcision was actually incomplete (undercut). This happens when too little foreskin is removed and further causes the undercut foreskin to harden and develop fibrosis .
The circumcision repair procedure went smoothly- we managed to fix it successfully. After about a month( adult circumcision recovery time) he came back to visit us with a wide smile on his face and jokingly said his penis is now as “handsome” as a movie star . XD

However, for financial-friendly method , you can opted for conventional laser circumcision .
Yes , we do use skin glue in circumcision wound . however skin glue is not as strong as suture hold the skin together . usually we do the skin glue ( glue stich) in neonatal/ children circumcision upon request. In Adult Circumcision , we must consider the penile erection size increment that will cause the skin to stretch and increase chances of wound gaping.
It is not advisable , but if you still interested for skin glue , extra Rm100 charges will be incurred.
No. the excision / cut made on foreskin only , does not involve the shaft of penis muscle. Hence , your penis size will remain unchanged
Yes, i can do the revision for circumcision. however, I cannot guarantee the outcome of any cosmetic procedure as there are wound healing differences from one patient to another. I have found with experience that revisions tend to heal with somewhat more scarring than initial procedures. This would seem to be the result of the blood supply to the wound edges having been altered (reduced) by the prior circumcision. That being said, it is still worth making an effort at revision, but, with realistic expectations.
The skin doesn't grow back ! The circumcision is actually incomplete or we called it “undercut”. it happened when too little foreskin is removed.

The injection is done at the base of the penis utilizing a short acting product (anaesthesia) called Lidocaine. The patient usually only feels several needle sticks during the local anaesthesia injection process and after that, no discomfort. the area will be numb and u will not feel pain throughout procedure . The given local anaesthia effect will last about 1.5-2 hours , so after the completion of circumcision we will prescribe you oral painkiller for you to take immediately to ensure you will experience continuous painless state until full recovery

Healing time for Stapler Method will be significantly shorter compared to others. Some of patients able to work after 2days. Complete healing will be 2-3 compared to conventional Laser Method which require 4-6 weeks .
Usually we will advise no sexual activity in 1 month. Sexual activity is safe when the wound is properly healed.
