Dr Hareez Noorman
Doctor
Born in Kuala Lumpur, Dr Hareez has extensive experience performing circumcisions and revisions on every age group from neonate until geriatric. He believes circumcision should be treated with the aesthetic consideration of cosmetic surgery and should serve to enhance a man’s appearance. He was the Director of “Circumcision Technique Program” in Hospital Ampang from 2017-2019 and had guided hundreds of young doctors and medical assistants to perform proper techniques in circumcision. Dr Hareez is still actively organizing and participating in Sunathon Programs (mass children circumcision) every year especially during school breaks. He is known not only for performing circumcision on all age groups, but he’s always the referral person for any complication and circumcision repair from clinics all over Klang Valley.
Dr Hisyam

Dr. Hisyam is highly regarded among his fellow doctors not only for his speed and skill in performing adult circumcisions, but also for his expertise in refashioning circumcisions and managing complications. He has served in various medical fields from 2019 to 2020. Dr. Hisyam obtained his MD degree from USM Kubang Kerian. He began his service as a Medical Officer at Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun in Ipoh, gaining valuable experience in both minor and major surgeries. His responsibilities later expanded at Hospital Tanjung Karang and subsequently at Hospital Shah Alam, where he further honed his skills in performing and assisting various surgical procedures. Dr. Ali earned his MBBS from UiTM in 2017 and has actively participated in specialized workshops, including the Basic Surgical Skills course at HRPB in 2020 and the Comprehensive Circumcision Course. Is adult circumcision painful?
With modern methods (Stapler, Laser, Smartklamp), the procedure is performed under local anesthesia — meaning little to no pain during the surgery. Most patients only feel mild discomfort afterward, easily managed with pain relief.
How long does recovery take?
Most men can return to desk work in 24–48 hours, especially using stapler method and resume normal physical activity in about 1–2 weeks, depending on the method used. Full healing may take 3–4 weeks.
Will circumcision affect my sexual performance?
Studies show circumcision does not negatively affect sexual performance, sensitivity, or pleasure. In fact, many men report improved confidence and reduced irritation
Is there a risk of complications?
Like any medical procedure, risks exist, but with modern techniques, complications are rare. Our doctors are also trained to manage revision cases and complications if they occur. Can circumcision help with infections or tight foreskin?

How soon can I have sexual intercourse after circumcision?
It’s recommended to wait 4–6 weeks until the wound is fully healed before resuming full sexual activity.
i have done circumcision in other place, but im not happy with the result. Can you do revision?
Yes, we can do the revision for circumcision. However, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any cosmetic procedure as there are wound healing differences from one patient to another. we have found with experience that revisions tend to heal with somewhat more scarring than initial procedures. This would seem to be the result of the blood supply to the wound edges having been altered (reduced) by the prior circumcision. That being said, it is still worth making an effort at revision, but, with realistic expectations.
